I've stayed away from VN since the end of the 3rd last night and nearly all of today. I'll be the first to admit I've been negative about this staff. Definately was last night which is actually why I backed away from it before it got worse.
I have concerns about the coaching but after thinking about it last night lots of coaches flub up and there is not much if anything I can really do about it anyway. I'm happy we won and I'll just hope we do more of it because it hasn't been lots of laughs being a vol fan as of late. That does make the wins extra sweet though.

Like I said, some people would rather get on here and argue than actually talk about the game. You being a case in point.

If you can't see that giving up 625 yards of offense and nearly 1100 in two weeks doesn't leave some room for improvement, I can't help you.

These defensive players are bound to be getting tired and worn down.

I hope the offense can keep clicking and give them some breathing room against KY and the bye week couldn't come at a better time.

Seriously, What did you expect? We have a team full of freshman. We have faced the best teams out there. We just now, found a QB that fits our system and are utilizing him. We have a shoe string Offensive line....AND YOU EXPECT us to play championship level football? Shed some light, would you. Yeah...whatever dude.

Good post. Too many here either expect perfection or don't watch other football or both. Mistakes are made every game by the best coaches and players around. Gotta have players that help overcome errors and we finally have a few, and they happen to be young.

every little chance a lot of you guys get is beyond ridiculous. Even when reports contradict your arguments, you push forward with them.
It's been widely reported that Butch promised the Dobbs family a red-shirt last year, was forced to burn it due to injuries, tried to fulfill the promise this year, and again was forced to burn it. Damn kudos to the man for doing what he could to uphold a promise to a kid trying to get a good jump on his education and acclamation to college.
Some things are bigger then a football game so can we please move past the 'why wasn't Dobbs starting' discussion?
We know why. Move on, dayum.

It amazes me how many fans I run across ,that when I bring up our great victory, immediately start in on the "why the hell didn't they start dobbs earlier. Butch sucks" crap.

Still Troll in an environment of winning. Coaches are stupid they shoulda put Dobbs in earlier, coaches can't handle success, bad play calling here and there, fire this coach or that one, etc. Everyone in the sec knows where the championship will run thru in the upcoming years. It's going thru Knoxville baby! We will determine the sec champions for the next several years. You neggas might as well get use to it early. Or I guess you could torment some other forum. We are beyond it.

So if a supporter of the program interjects with primarily questions about certain plays called during the course of the game, we're deemed "idiots"?

You may disagree with what some say and being a realist is not considered you're nega-vol stereotype. However, starting a thread with the "I told you so, fans like you suck" mantra just loses all credibility.
