I agree with you to the extent that LK should have never been hired in the NFL. He wasn't even Al's first choice. But he did meet the "puppet" criteria, hence he got the job.

Yea. Usually you do want to look at the record of a HC before you hire him. But because we hired LK, mentioning the 5-15 is taboo. LK is the exception to this rule.......I just didn't know that before I spoke about it.

USC proved your theory in hiring Carroll, who has utterly failed. It's amazing how his college career has mirrored his NFL career.

Can you please point to the hires that have been made in the past 30 days that are better than CLK and staff? The 5-15 argument is all you've got. BPV mentioned Pete Carroll and I will note that Butch Davis was 24-35 and Nick Saban was 15-17 and two years later that team won its division. Would you argue that those three were horrible hires as well?

Please point me to a these post that give him accolades for being the "youngst HC in Football History". Since there are so many, it should not be hard. Then I will show you your 5-15 post. Lets see if there is any correlation or balance.

Coach O and Chavis would have worked against each other. 'O' wouldn't have been able to score enough to overcome the points given away by Chavis' soft defense.

Chavis's 'soft' defense was the only part about tennessee football last year that didn't completely fail.
