Coaches typically get 4 years. We'll know on the recruiting front within 2 to 3 years.

different leagues to compare. There is an argument to be made for both successful NFL coaches and bad ones turning to the college ranks.

No one minds bringing up the fact that he was the "youngest HC in NFL history", until you (of course) mention his record.

I agree with you to the extent that LK should have never been hired in the NFL. He wasn't even Al's first choice. But he did meet the "puppet" criteria, hence he got the job.
