I think Da'Rick is better than Hunter but it really doesn't matter. They are teamates and will both be on the field at the same time when we win it all

I actually think Da'Rick is the more "pro" receiver because of his ability to A) Physicality and B) Willingness to go over the middle.

Were you standing close by or something? Not being a smart azz, just curious.

Great lip-reading skills were not required on the television broadcast.

I read that he hasn't spoken to reporters in three weeks. Any insight as to what's going on with him or is this a non-issue?

he is frsutrated and mad about not getting the ball more. he got upset twice during the Bama game and has in other games. Has not been too pleased with play calls

Being at the Georgia game, I noticed Da'rick was getting very frustrated with the way some of his team was playing, mainly the same players that we would get on here and rip on (ala Palardy missed kick). His tantrum was only calmed when a red-in-the-face Bray (who hadn't had the greatest night himself luck-wise) came over and told him to, and I quote "Calm the f*** down!". Da'rick is a competitor who knows what many of his teammates are capable of, knows that some players have to come through when things aren't going right, and just wants the best for his team. He'll come out and talk once things get back where they need to be. For now he's gonna work on wasting double coverages.

I've watched Bray on the side-lines and love his intensity. He's no laid back Californian. He's involved even while injured. He's growing into an excellent leader.

Vols sophomore wideout Da'Rick Rogers last spoke with reporters three weeks ago on Oct. 4 and has since steadfastly refused to speak with reporters, outright blowing off UT media relations members on Tuesday when Rogers was told he had been requested for interviews.

In the spring we knew he had an attitude. Heck he had one with a member of the coaching staff which is more important than blowing off reporters. He's got one again because adversity is again knocking at his door.

The TO comparisons may be more fitting than just his physique. Different people deal with adversity in different ways.

Sounds like he is being pretty smart to me. My momma always told me, " if you can not say anything good, do not say anything at all." He might not have anything good to say about the last 2 games.

Character of a man is best shown during time of dismay. Rogers need to step up and show some class and speak with the media.

so Rogers has no character or class because he does not want to talk with media...

I've got no prblem with it whatsoever. Besides, is there anything less compelling than an interview with a 19 year old spouting cliches? It's awful journalism every single time.

Agreed. The media is a joke, who the hell cares, they are usually just going to take whatever he says and spin it some other way to try and cause some sort of drama. I'd let Dooley handle them and move on.

They have to do something to justify their existence.

Can you imagine what Hyams would do if he wasnt in media?

"Welcome to Walmart" comes to mind
