So given the choice you would fire a proven coordinator and keep a guy you don't think is ready to be a coordinator?

i never said I would fire chavis and put taylor in his place...

i haven't gone back to read the original post in this thread, but i was under the impression we were talking about keep/lose chavis at his current position or keep/lose taylor at his current position. Me, I'd rather lose chavis.
