I wanted your thoughts on him seems many liked him at Tenn,but my question is on character.What I've read he seems to be an upstanding person.!Thoughts,I still want Gran back!:p

Troop is a very energetic coach who has an EXCELLENT rapport with the players. You should look into him IMO.

Troop is a bridfge between the head coach and players. He is a great recruiter and players trust him, however he is a very good position coach. Alot on posters on Volnation knock him for his chestbumps with players and wearing his hat backwards, in which any of that does not hinder him from beinga very good position coach. Consider yourselves lucky to have a guy like TT.

He's a good recruiter and seems to be a solid position coach, but he did leave UT basically as a lateral move and many of the players that were very close to him weren't happy with the way things went down. JS.

Pretty good recruiter, lot's of energy, decent positions coach, great towel waver.
