Trooper Taylor

We averaged over 4 losses a season. Good thing we had all that motivation.

Well had it not been for some motivation then we might have been 4 - 9. At the end of the day, it is time for a change ( Obama '08) CPF is my guy, but it is time for new blood to come in and make it happen.

Where was all that motivation when the team completely laid down in Gainesville last year?

If Clawson doesn't work out, will Fulmer try to get Trooper Taylor to UT as the OC? It would cost some big money.

You are right. Having Trooper was a five game swing. Look at the years right before Trooper and then while he was here. He didn't make much difference in the W/L column.

It wouldn't cost big money and there's no way Fulmer would be stupid enough to hire a guy even less qualified than Clawson.

I just think we miss the guys fire and thought we could have used it last night....that's all.

This will go over-looked by most today but Trooper Taylor's presence was really missed on the sideline last night. You could always count on his fire and encouragement when the team faces adversity. I am not sure what kind of Offensive Coordinator he would have been but I definitely feel he would have brought equal if not more to the table than Clawson. I bet Trooper was somewhere shaking his head in disbelief last night.....or maybe not......he's seen this scenario unfold up close far too many times.

trooper for head coach:clapping:

Foster still fumbled when Trooper's fire was around. Our DBs still gave a ton of space when Trooper's fire was around. His fire may have improved Crompton's horrid passes, but logic tells me that a "Whooo baby" wasn't going to help.

Fire... hell... we don't need motivation, we need FUNDAMENTALS! After last nights game, the offense, the defense, the special teams, all need to re-evaluate and start over.

Troop didn't coach The Qb's or RB's last year or the year before !
