Trooper Taylor leaving for Oklahoma State

Hey Chavis, not to reign on your parade or anything but Bell has been in the league for about 3 years. Denver drafted him in the 3rd round and then they traded him to Detroit this year for Dre' Bly...

I think chavis was just saying that Tatum is maybe OSU's biggest name in the NFL right now, along with Vernand Morency. Adarius will soon join them. Are there any other former Cowboy NFLers we've forgotten?

Reign on my parade. What are you talking about? I wasn't saying he was an all pro or anything, just referencing him as one of OSU's biggest names in the NFL.

lol I think I know what you were talking about now. I didn't mean Tatum Bell was going to be drafted this year. I guess I could have worded it different but how could you seriously think thats what I meant?

LOL hey man you never know.. I have seen some crazy stuff on this board.. OSU has some decent players in the league.. R.W. McQuarters, Bell, Mornecy, an O-lineman for the Colts named Charlie Johnson, Kevin Williams is by far the best he plays for the Vikings and is a perennial All-Pro, Also the noseguard for the Chargers is an OK State guy.. But all in All OSU and Tennesse is like comparing Oranges and Apples. Tennesse is way above them but with all of the upgrades that the Cowboys are making because of T. Bone Pickens, I do believe the cowboys will soon be a top 15-20 program year in and year out.. I have been up to Stillwater and have seen the sketches of everything and it will be in the top 10 in facilities probably closer to top 5...

I dont care how much money T.Boone has, they will always sit squarely in the shadow of Boomer Sooner.

Being an OU fan I sure hope so. But I live in what we call "The Real World" and I really think that they are improving enough to overtake Texas in a couple years as the #2 team in the South and then every 3-4 years I think they'll win the south title...

I figured it was time to break out the contest winner. I hoped it would bring some joy to counterbalance the immense sadness of Emperor Taylor's departure.

Now we get to see Oklahoma State program go wild with chest-bumps.

bye-bye Troop...
