Curious about the new multiplayer element - they are being fairly tight lipped about it

Gonna have to trade in nba and madden towards this. Looks pretty sweet and will kill time until The show

Looks like they took some pages from the Tony Hawk playbook with the new tricks system. Can't wait

Played the PC Beta yesterday. It's certainly Trials. The trick system is not in the Beta, though. Played first 8 or 10 tracks and stopped. Figured I'd just wait for the full version.

Unlocked the tricks now that I've had time to play some.

Oh my. This is going to drive people nuts. Add yet another thing to go wrong and frustrate the hell out of you.

I'm enjoying it. Looking forward to the PS4 release.

Trials is definitely not for the short tempered! How do the tricks work? Are they physics based as well?

You push the right stick in a direction, and depending on how your bike is, you'll do different things. It's not the easiest thing. And you have to pay attention to your bike for ending the trick and landing.

Feels like it belongs, but does amp up the possible frustration.

ATVs were opened in the beta this weekend. They seem pretty cool. They are 4 wheel drive which adds a little more to positioning. However, the courses in the beta aren't very difficult to hard to tell.

Looking forward to Wed.

Now available in the PSN store.

I have a new PSN name. If anyone gets this, add me. Wouldn't mind seeing local names on my leaderboards and have something to shoot for.

Some explain what makes this game fun. Doesn't really sound like my thing bit I'm curious.

I would call games like Excitebike and Uniracers the spiritual ancestors of the Trials series. Its a 2d motocross game based on physics. The idea is to blast through increasingly difficult courses as fast as possible to unlock awards and advance through the game.

And the more friends that have it, the more fun that can create with online leaderboards.

It's different, but it becomes addicting. Trying to shave a second off, or beat your friend, or just make it without a crash...it becomes so frustrating at times and is so much fun when you succeed.

Not sure I've met anyone that's played it and didn't end up liking it. And it's only $20.
