Maybe he should worry about JG's front and block a little while he's at it. Most overhyped player at UT in years.

I agree, but the quote would have been the same regardless of the QB name inserted. You say the right thing. However, the team does not play like that have JG’s back. I didn’t see a lot of support for him on the sideline after the second pick. The energy isn’t there on offense after he turns the ball over.

I think you will be the one disappointed come draft time. His couple of pretty pancakes per game dont cover his missed blocks and general poor pass blocking. You keep buying the press clippings, though.

Its like he hasnt received a damn bif of coaching since arriving on campus...


He has the physical amd mental abilities to be great...with the proper coaching of course

Trey is doing what a good teammate does; support his QB. Anyone with 2 eyes , except a couple on here, will tell you that JG played horrible yesterday and Trey knows it too. He can't say that or it will cause a riff in the locker room

Trey Smith doesn't suck, but he's far from the best OL in the country. I saw better against the supposedly unblockable UGA line.

He is a certain draft pick and possibly good player. His best possibility is very late first rounder. I believe his medical condition, position, and recent performance is threatening that first round possibility. He is treated godlike by Vol fans, and I dont get the fascination.

Have to think oline coaching has something to do with these 5 star guys looking like what we've suffered through the last 20 years. We had a coach recently that didn't know he had a guy named Kamara.
