I think he'll come back for 2020 and it's not an unusual thing to have a press conference to announce you're coming back. He should come back and if he's injury free he'll be a 1st round NFL draft pick in the 2021 draft which would beat the hell out of being a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Why would he have a presser if he was coming back. He gone. Amazing considering the linemen returning to Bama are projected much higher.
Im with you on this... Trey being the fine young man he is could be saying thanks to Volnation for the support IM gone, or Thanks for the support because I have unfinished business. I don't really do Twitter, Facebook Insta stuff so can anyone offer an opinion if he's the type to post everything going on in life?I can convince myself either way.....PC to say thanks for everything and I'm headed to the draft, or a PC to say thanks for everything and I'm staying another year.
Did he get his degree already?
Id rather a player like Trey have a press conference as he was the best player on the team. Especially since hes been through so much the last few years. The reason being is that the letters they pin to their Instagram are mostly fabricated, in my opinion. It could be coaches or agents or someone else that is influential that is pressuring them to do so to show class and project a good image. Now he doesn't owe me or any fans anything, but when you have a press conference that allows fans to see the emotion and how much you care plus telling the fans and University thank you through using your mouth is more meaningful to me than a letter on Twitter or Instagram. Just my opinion.WHY would you have a press conference just to get everyone worked up and then DISAPPOINT them? Most kids that turn pro just let the media guy know and they put a press release out. I wouldn't want to stand up there, with a bunch of people HOPING I come back and then disappoint them.
Doesn't make a bit of sense to me.

Here is my opinion on this. I think the press conference is to stay. He's not Tua. I'm guessing CJP and him are using this as a platform to bolster in 2020. I'll make a dime bet that he announces he's coming back, and it's a brilliant idea to keep the the positive energy flowing.
