Can an offensive lineman be the leader that DB was on the defensive line last year? If so, TS is the man! In that game against Nebraska, it was obvious who the emotional leader was, and it was DB hands down! we (He) were (was) not losing that game! We need that kind of nasty on the OL and it seems like we have that guy for the future and maybe the future is now!

I doubt most people would like being told to run wind sprints after work but having a job and being a member of a football team aren't exactly comparable circumstances.

Not sure I can agree. If you're a jaded old guy, yeah totally a gimmick. An 18 year old kid wanting to impress his new teammates maybe not.
