I’m comparing face tattoos to transgender because both are a choice. If I’m allowed to discriminate against one why can’t I discriminate against the other?

I don't pretend to speak for trans folks, however it seems to me that there is an advantage in having your birth certificate match your gender identity for pragmatic reasons, i.e., to avoid discrimination.

Lol. Yea imagine that! Having documentation that states your actual gender and date of birth. Maybe the irs will let me make up my own W-2s and 1099s or just make up a random SSN.
