The Houston QB that went to SMU would have beeb nice. By honestly, it probably hurt us that Chryst never really got a shot last year over GMan, and GMan was a 2 year starter. So many probably thought the path to starting here wasn't as great as other schools.

Oklahoma lost two QBs to transfer. Austin Kendall went to West Virginia and is the starting QB there. Justice Hanson went to Arky State and started there his entire time. Both were really good QBs under Riley. Just got a little crowded in Norman.

Coaches are not allowed to dictate where a player can or cannot transfer to. This is a new rule that came with the transfer portal system. Deangelo Gibbs is a DB we got from UGA this year.

It's amazing that our so called knowledgeable fans are taking a dump on Chaney, who worked wonders at every stop but here. Has these MENSA members thought that maybe the players just ain't that good? Maurer is a True Freshman, he will get better. But JG is what he is...
It ain't the offense, it's the QB. Everyone sees it but the OP.

If you were a QB with nfl in the picture, would you have transferred here after seeing how the offensive line protected protected JG last year? On every snap you could be 2 seconds away from having your dreams ended. No way!

We have Kennedy from Bama and Gibbs from UGA. Players can go where they want.

Fields appears to be, Hurts, Kelly thats 3 I can think of right now. But it will be harder for ut because of the last graduate transfer here, Chryst no playing time.

Is there anyone in the portal that we could pick up for next year? A few grad transfers would be great too. We could really use some help at RB, WR, DL, and LB.

When Chryst played, he was terrible.

The Vols are a bottom of the barrel SEC team, but we Vol fans want the best players, is that an oxymoron or what?
