Martin is happy in California. I'm happy he's happy.
I'm also willing to live with the turmoil that comes from changing systems.
Peace brothers and sisters.

Which 15 to 20 points losses to mediocre crap teams to want to ***** about first? Now let's loo at our losses last year. By how much?

Peace.

They had 4 double digit losses on the season, the 4 losses were all on the road to teams that won 20, 24, 29, and 31 games. The year before they had 4 double digit losses, 3 to a Memphis team that went 31-5 and one to BYU who won 24 games that season. So in Tyndall's two seasons there his 8 double digit losses were to teams who averaged 26.5 wins per season and 7 of those 8 were away from home.

Tennessee lost 7 games by double digits the past two years. 2 of them were at home, one of the road ones was to a sub .500 Georgia team.

Though this isn't really a good metric, one of our biggest issues the last two years was losing close games where we played like crap. Heck, with the pace we were playing at, the 8 point loss to Virginia 2 years ago was about equal to a 20 point loss in an 80 point game.

The last sentence about the UM game. Every coach has a horrible game (yes I know the situation but Pearl did get them in that situation) so there is no reason in bringing up that game. Still better losing in the NCAA tournament rather than the NIT at home.

I think posters can decide for themselves what they want to bring up, dont you? They got curb stomped by UM in that game and honestly did'nt deserve to be there at 18-13(8-8) regular season. That invite was a pure gift. And he had Tobias Harris and Scotty Hopson no less:eek:lol:

You guys are constantly either giving Cuonzo too much credit or no credit at all. Get over it and move on, he made the right decision.
