On a different subject. I think I remember you saying you did sprints. If so, do you use your watch for them? Again, if so what activity do you use?

I'm going to start Saturday and thought I'd use Run. That'll work, but was curious if you had a better idea.

I use run. It messes with my per mile averages, but I’m ok with that.

I'd suggest using the "Sprints" mode

Still can't figure out the benefits of the different walking/ running modes though. It seems to track everything no matter what you do.

I imagine the main purpose is to track them separately. But really don't know either.

But, I use both and I like them being separate.
