You still haven't answered the question. Is it just easier to question the qualifications of members as a deflection than to actually give your opinion?
By the way, exactly what are your qualifications? You may be surprised at the number of members here that do have the experience. I wouldn't be so quick to assume.
So I'll ask again, what have you seen in CBJs performance to date that makes you think that he has the ability or even the capacity to change his game day coaching? Better yet do you even think it's an issue?
First things first, if you have Div. I, even Div II NCAA experience I'll offer my apologies. High School wanna be's and kings of the backyard are the norm here. Nothing is going on that wasn't expected. The media will do what the media does and work the aforementioned folk into a lather because it garners attention. Jones is developing his talent and working within the capabilities of the talent at it present level. If you understand the game, you can easily identify the frequent fundamental mistakes that are costing this team. I don't care who you hire regardless of what kind of jokes he tells on ESPN, the talent of a group of young adults has to be turned into skill on the field.
