I’ll argue it. Competitive players hate losing. He’s an immature young man growing up into a man. As they develop in their maturity, there are imperfections. He made some visible errors in behavior as he grew up. So did Michael Jordan and Deion Sanders. The kid has played hard, gotten better, and is developing his character too. Unfortunately some of our fanbase would rather talk about a mistake he made a year ago over the player he is now. That says more about your character than his.

I trust the coaches that see them in practice everyday vs. some of you keyboard wonder boys that have zero clue and want to gripe about everything except your miserable life. Hadden played a very solid game against one of the best passing attacks and receivers in the country last Saturday night. Hopefully, he builds upon that consistent effort. Keep balling Hadden!!! We need you to be great!

He got that pick because he WAS in position playing zone on 3rd and 17. He was exactly where he was supposed to be. Allow the short reception then move to tackle before the first down line. When the ball sailed high from the DL pressure he was able to move in and grab it. Had he been with the WR it would have sailed over his head too.

The reason he was booed is because we have alot of fans who practice an image-maintenance process referred to in psychology as 'cutting off reflected failure'. Cmon man - 3 different guys missed a tackle on that run. Can’t blame that lost game on one defensive player when we couldn’t seem to get things going on offense. At least be somewhat realistic in your criticism.

Bc fans don’t see every play, just what the tv shows, and when you see hadden getting a flag or a td on him it erases all the good we didn’t see..
Most fans don’t honestly know what goes on in the defensive backfield bc the camera just follows the ball. He does seem to be there when the s*** hits the fan tho so ppl associate that with him

As I said in a previous post, I never think it’s ok to boo your own guy. He’s our guy and we should encourage him to be the best version of himself on and off the field. I think what frustrated me was the result of the South Carolina game last year (it bothered everyone) and also how Hadden handled himself throughout the course of that game. Ok so we move on to this season and fast forward to the Florida game, we lose another big road nights game where the defense as a whole doesn’t show up and again KH has a tough game and there is a long touchdown where it appears he really didn’t give the effort that should’ve been given to prevent a long gain for a touchdown. Go to the end of the game and he’s squaring off with a Florida offensive lineman in the end zone . These are 2 big away games in a row where his effort and character have showed up in a big negative way . Both are fixable, and even though the USCjr game was last November they kind of compounded and it appears that he didn’t learn anything from last year. When you lose 2 games in the fashion we did to teams we were favored against people pay attention to every little thing.

I also said that I was very proud of him and how hard he played against South Carolina this week.

The one thing I’ve noticed about TN’s defensive backs, they get outrun by short stumpy running backs. The RB for SC pulled away. I knew that weren’t the fastest but that was ridiculous. It’s hard to play man to man without speed.

Last year Kamal always got beat, and always ran his mouth (South Carolina), and always was the one getting called for silly penalties in the backfield.

I guess it could have been because of all the blitzes Banks was calling to get to the QB and leaving him and the other DBs out there.

Aside from the Florida missed tackle, I haven't heard his name mentioned as much this year. So, hopefully, he's either improved a great deal, which is not unheard of, or the front four is getting home forcing the QB into making mistakes.

I personally hope it's both. Good for him though. He plays better, the team plays better, we win. That's the goal.

The DBs probably had to change direction which slowed them down and before they reached their top acceleration, it was too late. It was good blocking up front for USCs line that sprung him. Linebackers weren't where they were needed to be either.
