No, you'd have to live in North Carolina to understand. UNC fans are as arrogant and snooty as Alabama football fans. Dean Smith is God, and Roy is his prophet. And if by happenstance the Tar Heels ever lose, it's always the refs' fault.

The day we beat them in basketball, hopefully in an NCAA Tournament game with something huge at stake, I am going to put my UT flags all over my car and drive it down Franklin Street in Chapel Hill.

Duke is arrogant, but if you beat Duke, they'll suck it up and move on. I can't hate Duke, anyway. My future wife is a student there. And I was rooting like hell for them tonight.
