I just looked at the first year and this is why I argue all the time that it's more than talent and that as crazy as it seems, Saban is underappreciated.

Look at the guys who went to Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Clemson.....(the powers that be) and how they panned out vs. how many busts there are among the players that went somewhere else.

This is great. 2016 was the last year the top 250 players we signed all stayed with the program. None of 2021 is still here. Wild.

Easier to develop players who have more talent than the players with less talent.
