What do you guys think about us landing 3 or 4 of these guys? Just from what I've read and heard I think north will be a vol. Hoping lawson just like the rest of us, he would be the biggest pickup in years.

I think we end up with 3 out of 5. I think Bell and North are Vols.

Then I think we get at least 1 of the other 3. If not 2 or 3 of the 3. And if we go 5 for 5, this class would be outstanding.

Bell becoming a Vol is a stretch. Much less already a vol. It will be tough to flip him with the little time Butch has had. This is not a knock at butch, he just doesnt have enough time to get all these guys

based on what we have to offer a player right now, Big stadium, winning tradition, top notch facilities, and a chance to play in the SEC, one would think that we always have a shot at a top 10 class. However, if you sand bag that with 3 years of losing records, coaching turnover unrivaled by any other team in the NCAA, a fickle fan base that criticizes ever single thing our players do, and a very strong set of coaches throughout the teams of the SEC to have to recruit against and we should all be happy to land a top 20 class for this year. If we start having results on the field next year, we could find ourselves the next "it" team that all the kids want to come to. Just look at TA&M. They have 35 guys already. They don't have the most quality in those 35 guys but quantity has a quality all in it's own.

considering the state of the last few years of the program, i'd be happy with a recruiting class

everyone always thinks we will be the only team to rise in the standings ,other teams will sign players to so we could get bell,green,north and lawson and not make top 15 it depends on how others do.but i would like to land those players so we would finish top 6 or 7 atleast in the sec not worried about the entire country

If we land all of the above mentioned, I would bet money we get a top 15. Its just landing them is the problem
