South Carolina had to have been close when we beat them in '13.

They finished the season ranked #4. That should mean more than a team's ranking at the time the game was played. Anyone can be overrated at the start of the season.

And that was on the road. So a top 10 win in Neyland would be....1999 Bama.

23 years since we've beaten a top 10 team in Neyland. ****.

I'll count South Carolina in 2013. Definitely was a top 10 team regardless of what the actual rank was when we played them.

They were 9 in one poll.

That 2006 uga team actually sucked. They lost to us, then lost to Vandy the next week, then to uf and uk after that. They were ranked #10 due to a weak schedule more than being good before they ran into us.

That win was really special to me because I worked with a few SC alums at the time. They were really obnoxious and liked to explain to me there was a new order in the SEC and we were going to be at the bottom and they were going to be at the top.

It didn’t matter that they had yet to win anything significant. That win was pretty sweet.
