Yes, it works both ways, but QB play is much more significant. That being said, our running game has been bad on its own. It’s interesting to see so many people claim opposing defenses are stacking the box because they don’t need to. Our offensive line gets no push. They’re excellent at preventing penetration, but they can’t really move anyone. Trey Smith is the obvious exception.And good QB play can definitely be linked to a strong running game. It works both ways.
