5 Americans is still too many for a federal agency acting carelessly. I have no problem with the idea of ICE as an organization. I believe in legal immigration, and I believe in enforcing immigration laws. Come to our country properly. Respect our laws. But ICE has been heavy handed with their enforcement. They've needlessly taken lives. And the officers who have acted in this manner should be punished. I respect they're trying to do their job, but that doesn't give them a license to kill.

At some point, you’ve got to let them do their jobs. Trying to run them over and constantly harassing them isn’t a path to the solution our country overwhelmingly voted for. The police need to do their job to insure that ICE can do theirs as well. If Pretti was arrested for his outburst a week prior he’d be alive today. If the lady was arrested for interfering with ICE operations she’d be alive today and wouldn’t have the chance to make the decision to drive forward. These cops are just as responsible as ICE and the Minn. Gov is even more guilty for fueling this.

ICE failed to use restraint and needlessly killed people. No matter who did or didn't do what, it was an ICE agent who ultimately pulled the trigger. They made the choice to take a life rather than use restraint and save lives. They should face consequences for the choices they made.

70% of ICE arrests are of criminal illegal aliens who have been convicted or charged with a crime in the U.S
A number they pulled out of their nether regions, have repeatedly been asked to back up because their own records suggest they're FOS, but they just ignore it and say 70% again. It's like Trump saying he'll have an update in "two weeks"

I get your distrust of gov't but we're stuck with their answer. They're the only ones who would know

We're not stuck with their answer at all, there are several databases we have access to. That is also a crazy response to the government outright lying to you
Who puts the database together? We're dependent on the data that gov't gives us. If you have a better source than gov't, please show me

53% had either pending charges or a conviction, based on ICE's detention data which I think is this database. And a lot of those were for things like traffic violations
You're still dependent upon the gov't for information. From that website that you linked:

This page collects and reposts individual-level Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and Justice Department Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) datasets. In most cases, these datasets are also available for download elsewhere. The original source is always a government agency (ICE, CBP or EOIR), but where other third parties have posted the data before we have, we link to their sites as the source.

I agree with you that we deserve an explanation for where they got their 70% number but ultimately we are dependent upon the gov't to give us numbers. You can't cherrypick and say well we believe these gov't numbers but not these.

Uh yes, we can believe actual data over someone just saying "70%" repeatedly with nothing to back it up, especially when their own data contradicts that lie
