Trump admin vs. the Constitution (again)
It’s a really easy issue to misrepresent.
He is saying “we can’t get a judicial warrant to detain every illegal immigrant.” That framing puts even renowned strawman production specialist, @Vol8188, to shame.
The argument is about whether an administrative warrant is sufficient to go inside of a specific residence or private property without consent.
Yes, a judicial warrant would take more time, but a judicial warrant would create an extra safeguard to ensure that officers have sufficient information that the person sought is present at the place to be searched. Current safeguards seem to be failing in that area.
The complaint really can’t be …..”it’s too hard to follow the law to enforce the law”It’s a really easy issue to misrepresent.

LMAO .... cringe worthy time listening to this goober. He's trying too hard to save what little stomped down in the dirt reputation he thinks he has left. Nobody associates w/him. He warns MAGA? About what? MAGA ain't scared of this bone-headed disgusting idiot.
Don't you people have jobs?Following and recording LEOs is a protected 1st amendment activity. That's why the exception states that constitutionally protected activities do not constitute criminal behavior under the statute.
Following the same LEO and observing them in public and recording them, does not limit one's ability to exercise your first amendment right to do so.
Again, which is why the exception in the Minnesota statute states that constitutionally protected activities, are not criminalized by the statute.
