Too much ice

Trump admin vs. the Constitution (again)

It’s a really easy issue to misrepresent.

He is saying “we can’t get a judicial warrant to detain every illegal immigrant.” That framing puts even renowned strawman production specialist, @Vol8188, to shame.

The argument is about whether an administrative warrant is sufficient to go inside of a specific residence or private property without consent.

Yes, a judicial warrant would take more time, but a judicial warrant would create an extra safeguard to ensure that officers have sufficient information that the person sought is present at the place to be searched. Current safeguards seem to be failing in that area.

And watch, if an agent goes in the wrong house and gets shot, they're not going to realize they should be following the law. They're gonna use it to declare war.

The complaint really can’t be …..”it’s too hard to follow the law to enforce the law”

Again the protesters are wasting time on the wrong people.
Leave ice alone and get after the dipsticks writing the laws.

Strawman? Perhaps you should pay more attention. This case did not involve the entering of a home. Yet the judge proclaims their administrative warrant isn’t sufficient

But hey, keep talking that trash. Maybe one day you’ll be right. I’d hope so, given it’s your literal job

LMAO .... cringe worthy time listening to this goober. He's trying too hard to save what little stomped down in the dirt reputation he thinks he has left. Nobody associates w/him. He warns MAGA? About what? MAGA ain't scared of this bone-headed disgusting idiot.

No need for him to be. Nothing is gonna happen to him.

Following and recording LEOs is a protected 1st amendment activity. That's why the exception states that constitutionally protected activities do not constitute criminal behavior under the statute.

Following the same LEO and observing them in public and recording them, does not limit one's ability to exercise your first amendment right to do so.

Again, which is why the exception in the Minnesota statute states that constitutionally protected activities, are not criminalized by the statute.
Don't you people have jobs?

A person familiar with the matter, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss non-public personnel moves, confirmed that this number was correct and that more departures were likely. Another person also confirmed a new wave of departures in the office.

Disgraced Kathy Griffin boasts about scolding female driver who didn't know anything about ICE raids because she finds news too depressing

Comedian Kathy Griffin took to social media to ridicule a driver who ignored the news about the ICE raids occurring across America because she found it 'too depressing.'

Griffin made a Threads post on Sunday describing the encounter that happened while she was on her New Face, New Tour.

'Ok. Coming clean. I had a driver tonight, didn’t know anything about ICE or ICE abductions or the murders,' Griffin wrote.

'She said she lives under a rock and doesn’t watch the news because it’s too depressing. Am I being a b**** because I [think] that’s as bad as being complicit?'

One commenter added that surely Griffin 'explained a few facts' with 'grace.'
