There's a difference between entering a church and interrupting the services of the church. I saw Don Lemon questioning the pastor or somebody about the events that occurred. That is not interrupting that's acting like a reporter

What was the pastor supposed to be doing while Lemon was interrogating him? He and others were arrested for preventing them from exercising their right to religious expression. Did the pastor get up that morning with the intent to be interrogated by Lemon as a mode of his religious expression? Or to teach a sermon? Where in the Bible does it tell the people to forsake not the hearing of their pastor's interrogation?

The DoJ presented their evidence to a Grand Jury, who sees a case under two laws that prevent having one's right to religious expression being impeded.
