A person who murders someone is a murderer, even if they haven't been caught.

A person who lies is a liar. even if no one realizes they are lying.

A person who cheats on his wife is a cheater......even if she hasn't caught him.

I mean its the Constitution. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Felony is a government label not the act of the crime itself.

OJ is a murderer, but not a felon. He actually did the crime=murder and thus is a murderer. "Felon" can only be determined by a court.

Fwiw. Put me down in the "I told you this would get worse" category. Upholding the law has quickly come "what can we get away with because we have a badge".

I said it before and will say it again the more ICE/government cracks down, the worse this will get. There will be more and more incidents that get sketchier and sketchier until it really crosses a line and turns the mass public opinion against the government.

Pull ICE out but bring in the FBI to handle the mob. ICE is tained right now and it won't get better on its own.

A murderer saw a gun being taken away and thought that gave him an excuse to get the thrill of killing.
He shot an unarmed man being held down in the back
