I'm with you.

My big concern is soon people will tire of ICE violence, including executions. That some will begin to shoot first.

I think the rhetoric being used of “executions” and “killing indiscriminately” is inflammatory, especially when used from those who think the Trump admin has an obligation to “tone down the rhetoric.”

I had wondered about the possibility of the first shot coming from the decedent’s gun, accidentally discharged by the agent who took it from his person, followed by sympathetic fire from other officers. It will be interesting to see.

I am sure there will be more info that comes out, some of which may change my mind, but right now, my eyes are showing more and more a case of imperfect self-defense, Voluntary Manslaughter.

Correct he had a gun. Got into an altercation with law enforcement. He got disarmed and shot. He put himself in that situation. Now keep wearing your knee pads and not give a crap to what has happened to innocent Americans who have had their life changed by an illegal immigrant.
