Too much ice

Have a question. If you had a gun on you and law enforcement approached you why wouldn’t you put your hands in the air and say a have a weapon on me. If you do that and don’t struggle with the officers and they shoot you I could see it differently.
I would if it were me. I would state I am armed, where the weapon is located, and keep both of my hands quiet and visible to the officer at all times until that situation was resolved. However this was pure chaos that quickly resulted five plus officers putting the guy on the ground quickly. That isn’t a defense of their actions it’s an indictment actually.

For this specific type of scenario yogd never find me near one of these protests anyway. And if for some idiotic reason I wound up there I would not be armed. Yes he likely had the right to have his firearm on him. However I’d submit the officers he interacted with were not prepared to deal with him being armed and control their choices on if/when they should discharge their firearms. I don’t need to see anymore on whether the shooting was justified or not. In both Good and thus individual they did nothing that should have gotten them killed. Good should be in jail and this guy should have been kicked in the ass and told to go the hell home and use some common sense on when/where he should conceal carry in the current environment there.

From the videos I’ve seen I don’t see why the officers needed to approach him or shove the woman to the ground.

Don’t be a mouth-breather and spread misinformation. The 47 day training was only for those with prior LE experience, not for new hires off the street.

IMO it‘s an indictment of LE training and mentality as a whole.
You sure about that? I googled and didn’t see that. If you know positive that was for only prior LEOs I’ll take your word on it. However in the absence of prior law enforcement experience where they qualified and daily carried their weapon there is zero chance they would have been prepared in 47 days to be trust worthy with a firearm on the job.

Some rural county sheriff departs only require 3 hours of watching Miami Vice, they don’t have budget.

Going to get ugly when Noem/Stephen Miller appear all over news networks tomorrow calling the guy a terrorist. They seem to always double down, as if everything would fall apart if they didn't
I just saw something that said he was a nurse at the VA. Turning that guy into a terrorist is something that can only be done within the cult. The rest of us that still have all of our faculties, not so much.

Someone posted a link the other day, it was a hit piece trying to “expose” the lack of training new agents get but even the author admitted that the shortened training is only for people with LE experience. There were some errors and non experienced people got the abbreviated training but that was caught and those officers had to go complete the full course.

Not exactly the flex you think it is, and apparently the mouth-breathers are the ones they let be ICE agents now.

He was in the road directing traffic and trying to tell cars were to. What was the point of him being in the middle of the road before the officers got him out of the way. Remember he is doing all this with gun

Him calling me a mouth breather is par for the course you see @hog88 isn’t very bright so he has to used pet names for me to get over his inferiority complex when we interact.

Having a gun on his personal is immaterial. He was perfectly legal (IDK MN gun laws) but I saw where he had a permit. But in any case ICE aren’t traffic cops, I didn’t see a legitimate reason for the ICE officers to Be pushing the woman and that’s when the dumbass with a gun stepped in.
