Too much ice

There was plenty of evidence. It was pointed out to you. Apparently you’re too thick headed to comprehend it 🤡
Hey man, you won't believe what happened to me.

I was sitting at home in my house this morning, and an group of ICE agents (about 7-8) came to my front porch asking for ID. I refused to answer and they called me a dirty whore and kicked my door down forcing their way into my house and then threatened me at gunpoint. It was crazy

I had a friend dismiss this encounter earlier, but I told him what happened.

Yeah that’s an accurate representation. Like I said sit this one out 🤡

No you made up a completely make believe story and are trying to equate that as having the same credibility of all the publicly available information and you look like a first class moron in doing so.
publicly available information? All of the story comes from the victim himself?

Your problem is you believe the very first thing you are told to fit your worldview and don't ever consider that humans exaggerate, and often straight out lie about things

WHICH IS WHY I ASK FOR ACTUAL EVIDENCE

Please cite the relevant section of the constitution you feel is being subverted. Bonus points for any court finding supporting your contention.

Wait, are you seriously asking me if ICE has violated the constitution?

Two federal judges recently found them in violation of the 4th amendment for tactics in LA and MN.

There were several big judicial orders, like in CO regarding warrantless arrests. The LA order to stop roving stops. And the nationwide order concerning consent decree. Not to mention many other district court orders.

Not to mention non-recent history.

Not to mention all the **** you can see with your own eyes in 4k.

Well let’s see the AP reported on. There is video reviewed by the AP and many others who have commented. And the AP asked DHS for comment and got zero response. So yeah that’s just like what you’re representing 🤡

Death caused by a federal agent is considered an "illegal seizure" and a violation of a person's 4th amendment rights.

Somebody tweeted that her Cheesecake Factory job made her shadow for 3 weeks before she was allowed to put bread on the table.

But the gripes about training completely miss the bigger picture. Even if the training were better and they were more competent, the directives are still subverting the constitution. The ineptitude is drawing attention to the constutional defiance.
In summary, ICE agents are smarter than Cheesecake Factory servers.

Corner’s findings are not legal detentions of guilt. And “homicide” is a category covering any death caused by another and makes no judgement as to the justification of said event or lack thereof.
But surely you already knew that?
(Actually, maybe you didn’t)

Made up stories dominate the news cycles on CNN and MSNBC and are used by libs to push their agenda all the time.

Half the issues this country has right now is distinguishing what is truth and what is propaganda.
So the provided article was AP here. There is video evidence reviewed by both the AP and other reporting sources providing their accounts. Links have been provided. So while I don’t disagree with you on MSNBC especially and CNN in many cases especially on their op eds to me at least your example doesn’t apply here. To me the first hand accounts and evidence speaks for itself.
