Too much ice

Well, I think we can all agree that you're more than willing to squint at it to see what you can make it into.

Funny that you're cool being the liberal equivalent of what you criticize @W.TN.Orange Blood to be. I'll bookmark this for the next time you clutch your pearls at him.
You couldn't be more wrong. I'm not sure if I have ever even posted 1 X tweet.

The local MAGA response will be that this is fine because he was here illegally and/or had prior convictions.
Or... If this was an illegal homicide, the guard should be tried and convicted of homicide.

There is some nuance with which we can discuss this, if we choose to.

For instance, defending immigrants' rights--even illegal immigrants' rights--is not the same as defending all the gang members. Similarly, defending the bulk of ICE activities is not the same as defending everything they do or could conceivably do.

Actually, the article you just @-ed me about seems to be far worse than the last X post you wanted to ream @W.TN.Orange Blood for. It doesn't even look like you so much as glanced at it before berating me about it. I say this for your own benefit. Stop digging.

Simply ice "enforcing" our federal law according to @Orange_Crush
Nothing to see here.

One thing I see is the liberal leadership painting a picture and using extreme hyperbolic language to create people as opponents to ICE. This seems to be proven out as people on the street follow their leads and harass, attack, dox, attack with cars, attempt to snipe, etc... This creates situations where ICE naturally treat the people around them as opponents.

Creates what the liberal leadership seems to want--more 'examples' of ICE treating citizens as 'opponents' and feeds the hyperbolic narrative of acting like 'Nazis'.

Fuel the cycle. Rinse and repeat.

Are they ignoring the dangerous powder keg they're creating, or happy with the dangerous powder keg they're creating?

Saw a video the other day quoting the democratic leadership talking about the fringe/radical side of their base demanding "blood" for political effect against ICE and the Trump admin. If this is true, it's reprehensible.
The cart is in front of the horse there. What I recall is ICE habitually acting like goons and protests arising in response. Both sides have since doubled down.

Told all you dip$#its before they started doing it. They made a mockery of due process from day 1 and now the federal government is at war with its own citizens using authoritarian rhetoric like "one of ours, all of yours" and a use of force that backs up all of this. Can't wait until the dems hold this powerful vehicle of opression Trump built for them. Will they be even more destructive with it?

Also, if ICE wants the biggest bang for their buck, they’d leave Minnesota and focus on South Florida.
Florida local authorities are cooperating with ICE, as is Texas, Tennessee, and most normal states, so even though MORE illegals are getting deported there, there is no conflict as incited by the usual suspects brought in

The bright side of this whole mess is seeing the left come around to pro-state rights and turning anti-strong central government. Now if we could get more of the “right” on board changes could be made.
eh, it is only temporary. for both sides.

whichever side is in charge of the Fed at that moment, is for centralized Federal powers. Whoever isn't in power, is against centralized Federal powers, until they are back in power.

neither side realise the pendulum will swing back to hit them in the butt.

Love the angry, loud guy character routine.

you could literally take this and flip it for the right.

Trump changed ICE to a position where it is hostile by its very nature, rather than JUST another enforcement tool. Trump did so, so that he can claim anyone who opposes him is a terrorist to justify his transformation of ICE. Trump doing so naturally means the average citizen who should have at worst a neutral opinion of ICE, suddenly are compelled to distrust them.

this creates more of what Trump seems to want--more examples of citizens treating ICE as opponents and feeds the hyperbolic narrative of acting like "terrorists"

fuel the cycle. Rinse and repeat.

Seen plenty of examples in this Forum and on social media with Republican leadership talking about the fringe side of their base demanding blood for political effect against citizens, and illegals. if this is true, its reprehensible.
