Too much ice

The "written" source will come out....police reports and CPS reports aren't always public.
She didn't have custody of her two oldest children, and it will come out why

But YOUR opinion that it's "a bad shoot" means nothing, because you have no idea what was going thru the officer or HER mind. All we know are the facts which state that in the commission of a felony, she hit the officer with her vehicle and he shot her in self-defense

Are you saying you’re using access to non-public information to look up people involved major news events to validate your personal political beliefs? Because that might be the second craziest thing I’ve read somebody admit on this forum.

Great post. Appreciate the thought and effort that went into this.

It seems like we pretty much agree about the big picture conclusions and you/we are just discussing what secondary conclusions and inferences we can draw from the facts and you’re not saying that “these things she did apply to the moral calculus or the legal calculus.” I gotcha.

I do think her fight or flight probably took over and the front-on video I saw today makes it seem plausible that she never saw the officer she hit because he’s crossing her path as the other officers are yelling at her.

But I agree that in going down there blowing whistles and following these guys around, like her wife said today, then she’s inserted herself into something that is potentially dangerous.
Thank you. Enjoyed the engagement. Appreciate that even though you are further left than I am, we can actually exchange without cancelling each other. Separating professional approach from personal stances is not that easy.

Have not had a chance to look for them, but some in here are saying the body cams are more damning of her. To be seen.

It’s his phone, so it’s in his hand.
It’s definitely informative.

The wife was antagonizing him verbally.
The phone confirms he got hit.
The phone shows she surely saw him, which I thought was unlikely earlier today.

Other angles show he reaches out and puts his phone hand on the car as it’s driving, which is why the bump and the angles seem so much more damming on the phone.

The body cam footage makes more sympathetic than I originally was towards the officer

Kind of fits the mental state of other encounters around town with ICE. They think it's OK to jump on their cars, spit on them, etc., etc. Then ICE is the agressor after the fact.

I don't think these ideology victims realize that these being Feds, if they are arrested and charged with assaulting a federal officer that they are NOT going to local Minneapolis courts.
