From where the bullet hole was in the windshield, it would not have hit her, and would probably have deflected, if he'd shot while standing beside the vehicle. For the record, I posted a screenshot of the moment the shot rang out in the video, and he wasn't standing beside the car.The windshield isn’t the leading edge of a car . You can be beside the hood and shoot the windshield.
lol this is silly, officers don't want to go thru the investigation, hassle, paperwork to "get to kill" someoneYeah, he doesn't have to, he can just kill the driver, sieg heil.
What are the details on his previous incident?
good luck getting that info from @Rickyvol77Yeah, he doesn't have to, he can just kill the driver, sieg heil.

How about that link???lol this is silly, officers don't want to go thru the investigation, hassle, paperwork to "get to kill" someone
self-defense is self-defense, either you understand it or don't
Now if you want to point to training or some such thing about placing yourself in front of a suspect's vehicle ever, sure have at it.
But an officer can do that to attempt to block someone from fleeing and defend himself if need be.
Her actions dictated the results of the entire incident start to finish
My concern is the moral aspect.Legally or morally?
There’s a difference and a substantial gap in between it really feels like almost everybody is arguing that it falls in between without acknowledging that there is any difference in the two.
The thing about the left is they make you expend energy and time defending yourself against their lies.
They only have to get the fringe to believe it for a short time and it's a successful propaganda campaign.
As I see it absolutely matters as much as how anyone else on this board sees it.As YOU see it doesn't matter, the officer (who had almost been killed in similar situation previously) made a split second decision, and the law is on his side.
I do believe he absolutely thought after the bumper hit him that he may be seriously injured or killed, which is why the first shot went straight thru the windshield in a straight line to her face
I am not running from anything, I just ignore you because you wouldn't believe it anyway.good luck getting that info from @Rickyvol77
He made some horrible accusations about the woman's character and is now running from it.
Because when an agency makes 650,000 physical arrests of tons of violent criminals and anarchy style crowds of more criminals that support them, you will have tons of physical threats and assaultsAs I see it absolutely matters as much as how anyone else on this board sees it.
How does the agent keep getting himself in this situation? Seems like he'd have known to move aside after the first time.
