I do stand corrected. She was from Colorado (not MO) living in MN. So currently local. So, question remains why was she in the middle of all this. and other facts and video as we have them still stand. Even if later found to not be protesting, why then resist and endanger LE and get yourself shot.

I must east my crow on where she was from and why she was in MN, but my other stances due to the current info still remain. Primarily why were you there at that location to get into this mess.

I wasn't making a distinction between local, state or federal enforcement of mercenary protestors. (or even just those willing to travel to the hot spots for any reason) The demarcation line is what these people actually do. If some protester is acting a fool I don't care if they are homegrown or from 1000 miles away if they're kicking the hornets nest it's actually pretty stupid to think some stingers won't come out. I view that as a separate discussion regarding empowering any facet of government to come down on any form of legal protest.

IMO based on more than one angle of video and common snese, legally he is justified. Saying he had options does not always play out well in split seconds. Pausing to make those could have reversed the outcome and he'd be on the stretcher.

Typically I'd agree on the Fed presence, but we do have them for a reason, and they have a fed obligation to enforce illegal entry nationally. Our borders cross multiple states.

The bleeding has to stop, and when someone finally undertakes the task to correct what has been ignored, it won't get off to a pretty start. The ramifications of unchecked illegal entry for years is yet to be fully felt.

The reason it is like it is...it's trump doing it instead of Obama, or Clinton, or Bush. They all sent ICE everywhere and deported millions, each. No one cared. This time it's Trump hatred, or again no one would care that we were upholding the law. That is truly what got this woman killed.

I get what you were saying and agree. I was just adding some color commentary.

And you can by the constitution protest these ICE roundups legally. A large portion just make the dumb decision not to. I think you're (not you specifaclly) an idiot opposing deporting illegal leeches that are depleting your taxes and income and whatever else. Both sides of the aisle exploit there presence, and they sure embezzle billions off them helping you stay in power. So, the easiest way to break that camels back is to get them out.

I think those of us that oppose fully financially supporting illegals should have a check box on our W-4's to deselect and lower my witholdings. If you want to fight for them so much, change your W-4 to withhold more for them. Or send them back to Martha's Vineyard. Those libs up there love them some illegals. Support the heck out of their cause. That is all. lol.

Based on multiple angles he actually did not say anything that was untrue this time. Nor did he say anything untrue about why it is happening.

If you want to discuss other things I will concede he does stretch things and maybe even getting worse. But, not this specific tweet. On point.

I will also not argue his spiritual state or where he may end up. That's not my judgement. Nor would I pass judgment on any of our crazies in here, at either end or the middle.

If your car is surrounded by agents ordering you out of the car and you attempt to drive away, is it reasonable for them to believe you’re attempting to ram them, given they’ve surrounded you?
