We'll spend $50 billion on this stupidity, trampling the BoR, occupying the courts, upsetting our cities, ruining our economy/labor force, worsening demographic problems (we're too old and don't have enough children)....but hey, maybe we'll be able to avoid $1B in emergency medicaid costs.

Most of it doesn't make any sense. Meaning the U.S. has agreed to return to normal relations with Afghanistan. Personally, I think most of them should go back and its obvious beard doesn't really care about anyone that has died by the hand of the neocons. He promotes it just about every day. The U.S. is actually attempting to negotiate military access.

The key to surviving:

1. don't listen to beard as he will get you killed for no reason
2. don't listen to the neocons as they will get you killed for money

They shouldn't be allowed to hold him indefinitely. There needs to be a limit or at least allow a judge to impose one

As a generalization I have no problem with someone being held under a condition such as asylum. People can be held for very long times as their status is being determined.

But with that said, the nature of my comments are to the OP as he really doesn't care about these people anyway.

Seriously though ICE is federal law enforcement. That was clear as day resisting arrest.
