where did anyone say that?

people on here are promoting accountability for the government. some of us are old enough to remember leaving the federal government unchecked during Covid as a bad idea. some of us are old enough to remember the federal government restricting rights after 9/11 and things never returning to normal.

yall must be so young to not have lived thru those moments, or so old as to have forgotten that the government takes advantage of bad situations more than criminals ever will.

When it was said to just leave the sanctuary cities/states to themselves. They refuse to punish the violence. By leaving them to themselves, you create pockets of anarchy and do nothing to deter further, future violence. Hell, they locked police into a police station and set it on fire to attempt murder of our law enforcement and nothing ever happened.

where did I imply it was a white board? I said ICE should keep working, and focus on where they are going to be efficient. fighting with different localities doesn't make sense as a starting point.

cut them off, let them "starve" for a bit, focus on what you can control, and then once you have shored things up elsewhere you can go back to the problem areas after they have had a while to deal with reality.

leave them to themselves while you deal with the rest of the issue.

the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. in this case that insanity that you want also leads to bloodshed.

I just propose coming at them sideways after you have handled things elsewhere and can really focus all of your energy where on those few problem areas.

yall act like fighting up hill both ways is the only solution, I am proposing an alternative that doesn't create an authoritarian state while still resolving the issue.

And then the friends state they know virtually nothing about him over the last few years. So we are back to square one regarding this guy. All we know at this point is what he wanted is to know.

In my experience nihilists are typically more aligned with the left.

how is wearing a mask upholding the law? how does them NOT wearing a mask stop them? it certainly doesn't protect them from doxxing.

I haven't once denounced them trying to round up illegals. I haven't said they should stop. I have just raised issues with HOW they are doing things.

we have no common ground because you are ascribing stances to me that I have never taken. try to honestly engage for once and there is plenty of common ground.

It absolutely does offer protection from doxxing.

It isn't dox proof in a similar manner that wearing a bullet proof vest doesn't make you bullet proof but it offers protection.

It's interesting that you bring up that connection. In this environment when ICE/DHS/etc is being described to the unhinged fringed left as Gestapo, Nasis, etc... I see masks as similar protective gear as bulletproof vests.


As I see it: Mandate bodycams at all times, strict footage retention. Allow them to wear masks during raid.

I realize that dress code is not specifically mentioned or covered in the Constitution, but neither is running water and flushing toilets. Hell, neither is kevlar.

By thinking that the sanctuary cities will "come around";
By thinking we should ignore the centers where the illegals are located in the name of efficiency.

Looks good on the ole white board but crashes and burns in the reality room.

There is a world of difference between:

We need to operate in silence, otherwise the missions won't work.

And:

We need to put the safety of ICE agents over the concerns of the people.

Which to me, the real reason is:

If these guys can't hide their faces doing this shameful work, then we won't be able to recruit many.
