where did anyone say that?Refusing to arrest and prosecute violent mobs who attack federal law enforcement is not an option.
As people log on here and promote anarchy, it becomes pretty easy to filter out who to listen to.
I would be fine holding those officials in NY accountable. thats a far better alternative than accepting an authoritarian state.Laken Riley’s killer was in New York. He committed crimes there was released from jail and given a free plane ride to Georgia where he murdered her.
Sounds good in theory (let the cities live with it) but that’s not what happens.
When it was said to just leave the sanctuary cities/states to themselves. They refuse to punish the violence. By leaving them to themselves, you create pockets of anarchy and do nothing to deter further, future violence. Hell, they locked police into a police station and set it on fire to attempt murder of our law enforcement and nothing ever happened.where did anyone say that?
people on here are promoting accountability for the government. some of us are old enough to remember leaving the federal government unchecked during Covid as a bad idea. some of us are old enough to remember the federal government restricting rights after 9/11 and things never returning to normal.
yall must be so young to not have lived thru those moments, or so old as to have forgotten that the government takes advantage of bad situations more than criminals ever will.
Ah yes, the Nazi Gestapo. Well known for non criminally detaining people in a humane manner and providing them with safe and comfortable transport back to their home countries.
I mean obviously we are the only country on earth with borders, immigration laws, and a process for deporting individuals who are here without legal permission.
I don’t know how civilization will continue to function under such horrid conditions. We are indeed literally like the Reich![]()
where did I imply it was a white board? I said ICE should keep working, and focus on where they are going to be efficient. fighting with different localities doesn't make sense as a starting point. We don't live and operate on a white board.
leave them to themselves while you deal with the rest of the issue. When it was said to just leave the sanctuary cities/states to themselves. They refuse to punish the violence. And you act like the federal government trying to uphold/enforce the law is by definition "authoritarian" behavior. We will have no common ground for discussion. Carry on.leave them to themselves while you deal with the rest of the issue.
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. in this case that insanity that you want also leads to bloodshed.
I just propose coming at them sideways after you have handled things elsewhere and can really focus all of your energy where on those few problem areas.
yall act like fighting up hill both ways is the only solution, I am proposing an alternative that doesn't create an authoritarian state while still resolving the issue.
Looks like a nihilist, this time of the 4chan variety.

And then the friends state they know virtually nothing about him over the last few years. So we are back to square one regarding this guy. All we know at this point is what he wanted is to know.Looks like a nihilist, this time of the 4chan variety.

how is wearing a mask upholding the law? how does them NOT wearing a mask stop them? it certainly doesn't protect them from doxxing. And you act like the federal government trying to uphold/enforce the law is by definition "authoritarian" behavior. It's also voting for kamala.leave them to themselves while you deal with the rest of the issue.

It absolutely does offer protection from doxxing.how is wearing a mask upholding the law? how does them NOT wearing a mask stop them? it certainly doesn't protect them from doxxing.
I haven't once denounced them trying to round up illegals. I haven't said they should stop. I have just raised issues with HOW they are doing things.
we have no common ground because you are ascribing stances to me that I have never taken. try to honestly engage for once and there is plenty of common ground.
Yeah but you know as well as I that the federal funding won't be cut. We will all wind up paying for itI did blame Joe Biden for his actions. now I am blaming Trump for his. just because Biden effed up doesn't mean Trump gets a free pass at effing up.
if those cities won't to eff around with illegals, let them live with it. either they fail under the pressure and things are forced like they are today, or they eventually come around. meanwhile you focus on the rest of the nation, where your efforts will be FAR more efficient, and appreciated. I am fine cutting any federal funding going into those areas if they are not going to comply with federal law enforcement.
It's interesting that you bring up that connection. In this environment when ICE/DHS/etc is being described to the unhinged fringed left as Gestapo, Nasis, etc... I see masks as similar protective gear as bulletproof vests. It absolutely does offer protection from doxxing.
It isn't dox proof in a similar manner that wearing a bullet proof vest doesn't make you bullet proof but it offers protection.
By thinking illegals will just domicile in one place;where did I imply it was a white board? I said ICE should keep working, and focus on where they are going to be efficient. fighting with different localities doesn't make sense as a starting point.
cut them off, let them "starve" for a bit, focus on what you can control, and then once you have shored things up elsewhere you can go back to the problem areas after they have had a while to deal with reality.
Should we "unmask" all our intelligence assets while we are at it? What could go wrong?
