I have an employee who works 14 hour shifts for 60 to 90 days in a row with no breaks for the OT. I expect him to drop dead from it in a year or two. Dudes 60+ and in terrible health.
He isn't violating any rules or law. I actually forced the lower level managers to stop giving him OT, ensure he has 2 days off a week, so he doesnt drop dead.
