What are the chances a grand jury convened in Minneapolis would deliberate more than 15 seconds before returning an indictment? How is it irrelevant? He placed himself in the middle of that event, while armed and wasn’t complying with any commands.
He decided to go to the protest with his firearm and begin directing traffic, then interfering with them.
If this ever gets to a GJ, don’t you believe they’ll look at everything? Not just what happened the last 30 seconds prior to the shooting.
The bottom line is you are attempting to justify the shooting as a good shoot? Go play some more video games.I can see in the video he’s trying to get off his Kees and bring his feet under himself for leverage.
In summary by you, he interfered. Thanks for coming clean. He was maced, tackled to the ground and had mace canister slammed into his face repeatedly with 5 ICE officers on top of him, because he deigned to get between a woman whom an ICE officer had shoved to the ground for no reason, and then he was subsequently executed while still on his hands and knees.
Trained Officers do not discharge a weapon in a group where friendly forces (CBP) could be potentially wounded or killed. The first shot fired was in the midst of 4 other agents within the CDZ. They could have been easily wounded or killed. So yea he was untrained.Hard to believe so many of you have fallen for the “untrained” lie. These officers are trained, they are trained as well as any other LE in the country. Think about that for a second
Correct. There is only one fact that makes any difference here. Any other comment is an attempt at distraction. If folks persist in doing that, they have an agenda. The answer will be with a grand jury. No other acceptable outcome.Yet you keep mentioning the decisions made by Pretti as if it is a mitigating factor. It's entirely irrelevant of the decisions those guys made to execute him

It's nothing but the fealty for the Trump agenda, who really isn't a conservative. It's a tribalism that will occupy history books down the road after we're long goneCorrect. Just based on your statements alone, you should never have a firearm or be in any position that requires you to carry a weapon. Your judgement sucks.
This is what Grok says. Both went to grand jury. I know Castile went to trial so grand jury indicted. I dont think grand jury indicted in Rice case...

Yeah. One of their solutions was to put 3 bullets in his back while he was on the ground. That’ll teach him to comply. Personally I don’t call it resisting if he was simply trying to get to his feet. The ICE goons can’t talk face to face? Evidently not, Got to have knees and pistols in your back to carry on a conversation.I don’t know. I can’t hear from the video provided. Usually, LEO are giving verbal commands to those resisting. There were 4 or 5 agents on him, I’m assuming at least one of them was trying to get him to not resist.
