It's essentially impossible with anyone in the boldened state of mind to consistently keep it between the lines on any subject with even a bit of nuance. There is no shortage of people that would really grapple with someone they hated proclaiming 2+2=4. It's just not acceptable to those types to ever concede the "other side" can be correct about anything.

This is absolutely a misrepresentation by MSNBC and shows a simple linear stretch by cropping the image while retaining the aspect ratio. I even got a set of mics and verified the horizontal dimension was retained but the image is clearly cropped. The warming filter is obvious clearly too but it doesn’t dominate. I genuinely didn’t discern a morphing in the prior images but it is obvious here. This is a 100% misrepresentation if this is what they did. I went back and looked at our full exchange and sorry but it just isn’t clear. Even in the original post with Rogan and Pretti they didn’t maintain aspect ratios.

I don’t know why MSNBC did this but if it happened like the Bee claims it looks pretty intentional.
