Too much ice

They clearly appear to be attempting to apprehend him. Are you claiming you can’t resist arrest until you’ve been officially booked? Afterwards he was dead. Do you believe the need to arrest his corpse in order for it to he considered resisting arrest? You’ve lost me here

If you’re interfering with their operations, they have jurisdiction to arrest you.
He was pepper sprayed for 10 straight seconds while his hands were visible above his head and then tackled him. That’s not an arrest, that’s jumping someone. Just like the lady wasn’t arrested either

He didn’t interfere

Now we’re back to the original point, getting jumped isn’t fighting.

You also earlier said he resisted, which if he’s not impeding nor was he arrested makes it unlawful.

You’ve lost me on the “nor was he arrested”? They clearly appear to be attempting to detain the man. Are you claiming they were not trying to detain him?

Idk that he didn’t interfere. I’d like to see more video for sure. I’d like to know why he’s face to face with the officer. Why is he “directing traffic”.

I don’t have a full picture. But he seems to be doing more than peacefully observing.

You are certainly free to your opinion that blatant lies are opinions, that may explain your disconnect from reality.

You're basically describe legal process, you must live in fantasy land. Opinions are opinions, if they arrest you and you are arrest, it will eventually be the opinion of the court whether it survives dismissal.

If that is the general opinion, I would generally disagree with it.

I was never really as hard on the idea of bump stocks as a 2A thing (under currently accepted law) but it was a pretty big kick in the nards for property rights.

The thing with bump stocks is, under the NFA guidelines at the time, that the difference between a bump and an auto sear had almost no functional difference. If something allows you to accuate the trigger once and expect multiple rounds to fire...well you can see the issue.

Again though, just declaring, with no actual law being passed in making the legal distinction nor even offering the option of rolling it into an NFA item you were expected to divest yourself of property. Now THAT part was undiluted bovine excrement.
Under current code sure it’s more property rights issue agree.

But if you believe NFA1934 is an abomination and should be repealed today on a fundamental 2A basis then it’s more foundational that they never should have been considered in the first place. F$&@ the ATF 🤷‍♂️

If being called limp dicked/stating facts is what's keeping you from seeing how ****ed up it is to cheer for the violence in Minnesota, then you've already lost bigly.
Wouldn’t be any violence if the Governor and Mayor would work with DHS. It’s pretty ****ed up not to realize that. Who is causing the violence. I didn’t see ICE agents trying to destroy a hotel last night

What was he being arrested for?

I said it "looks like", I have no idea so I don't know what your point is. That is why getting in a fight on the side of the road is usually not a good idea.

Personally, the whole situation doesn't look good on all fronts but at the end of the day groups and paid groups are trying to stop them - I say its proof they need to continue.

While off to the side of my observation about the bump stock issue itself not being particularly 2A related that doesn't mean I don't agree with your opinion of the NFA.

He starts off in the road filming. He never initiates any type of contact. They eventually get him to the sidewalk, initiating contact on him, and pepper spraying him in the face (why?). He holds his phone up in one hand and his other hand empty in the air.

At that point the woman near him gets closer to the agents, filming them. One of the agents tosses her to the ground (why?).

It's at this point that his "obstruction" took place, if you can call it that. He attempts to help up the woman off the ground, and in doing so, gets in between the lady and the agents. At that point they again initiate contact putting their hands on him and tackling him to the ground.

We know what happens then.

Yes. Take off the masks. Regular cops catch of ton of **** too but they manage to survive without them.

This is an entirely different situation. Left leaning protesters are not following local LEO around all day, while trying to ID them and publish their personal information.

You have no idea because it’s a fairytale. Pepper spraying and tackling would be an unlawful “arrest”. That’s why the DHS made up lies about him assaulting officers and pulling his weapon on them. It’s very odd to assume he was arrested for…. Nothing?

I have the same question. I don’t fully understand why that shove happened
