What "power" are you talking about? This is not a pro franchise.

Tennessee put a clause in the contract he couldn't leave for Texas if the job opened up. Muschamp declined the offer due to the clause. AKA he was bolting for Texas as soon as the job opened so it would be a pointless hire.

It honestly would not hurt to ASK some of the big name coaches if they are interested...Heck ask Stoops if he's interested...It can't hurt...All he can say is no and We are already used to that....

plus Cucliffe is a Bammer. I lived through our last Bammer head coach. Should only have to do that once in your life.
