With Woodson, Booty, and Tebow losing this week Ainge could of gotten in the Heisman race; he only has two int.'s for the season. But he was a victim of the running game being so good; no td passes. As well as a big lead early; mostly handed off the second half.

I don't think it matters what Ainge would have done the rest of the year after the losses to Cal and Florida. No matter how good he would have done, I do think he even would have been a Heisman Finalist. The Heisman Trophy and The University of Tennessee are not friends.

He'll be a solid draft pick, I think. Top 3 rounds, at least.

Fulmer was quoted saying if he went last year that the scouts said he would have been late first early second. His stock will def. rise this year. Maybe another 1st round draft pick for the Vols this year.

I think Ainge's finger isn't bothering him anymore. He had 2 incomplete passes the entire first half.

And it has been awhile since UT has had a quarterback drafted in the 1st round. Manning was the last one. I believe Martin was drafted in the 5th round and Casey Clausen went undrafted and signed as a FA with KC.

A Tennessee fan worying about a Tennessee player NOT being in the Heisman race? AFter they screwed Majors and Manning?

Screw the heisman. Im glad Horning and Woodson got to see Manning as SB MVP last year

Pretty sure EA moved up the passing charts in UT history on Saturday. I think he is now third all time. (Peyton, Casey....)

I have a large number of shirts besmirching the heisman (lower case intended); every shirt I could find following the media's theft of the award for Woodson - and there were some good ones. Who in the world cares about that "award".
