Tony V cameo appearance?

I was watching Chad Powers the other night (decent show) and I swear I saw Tony V make an appearance. It was episode 4 or 5 where they are in Knoxville at an hospital the night before about to play the Vols. A guy turns around and looks right at the camera, I scrolled back three times and if it’s not him then it’s his doppleganger. He doesn’t have any lines so it wasn’t in credits and I didn’t see anything online when I searched. Anyone else notice what I saw?

Are you talking about when they are sitting in the waiting room and the lady in the Tennessee jersey is having stomach pains or whatever, the bearded guy behind them who turns and looks at them?
