Tony Romo -vs- Eli Manning

Romo sucks. But of course I'm a hater and wish I could have dated Carrie Underwood.

Time to pull the plug on Romo. Probably should have been considered during the off season.

I don't lay as much blame on Romo for the int as I do for him NOT being ready for the snap. Dork.

This still blows. romo usually waits until week 12 or so to start choking away games.

When the snap's made while the QB is turned to the side (either pointing out the defense to half his line and receivers or speaking to the sideline), the fault's on the center more often than not (/almost always)

Agreed. Complete brain fart. Even my wife, who knows zip about football, said "why did he throw it to that guy? He threw it right to him."

I view eli as romos antithesis in a way. Mediocre most of the time, occasionally great when it counts.

That was such a high scoring game...wait

17 points against maybe the best team ever is better than the 18.5 ppg Romo is averaging in his 4 postseason appearances.

BTW, Eli Manning is probably the greatest beneficary of the new ESPN QB rating. When you look at his passer rating he is middle of the pack in the NFL. When you look at QB rating he's top 6.

Peyton Manning did. I'm sure Favre did, too. Eli had a ridiculous amount of interceptions that went off his own WR's hands, first. It was beyond ridiculous. I don't know what the final count was.

This article was written in like week 8, and it states the 7 of Eli's 11 interceptions came off his WR's hands.

Eli Manning needs to catch a few breaks -- his receivers need to catch a few more balls | NJ.com

OK sure they threw that many, but, how can you honestly say he's good? The Manning love on this board is beyond believable. I can see loving Peyton, but Eli?
