That is what I said. Kelly did let Tommy go, that is why he brought a Brian Kelly tackle dummy to aTm practice the week off the LSU game. When LSU fired Kelly, Elko made sure Tommy was “happy” to head off any possible LSU advances to get him to come back to LSU.

Billy is related to Tommy’s wife, he is her brother if I am correct. They are a class family, I’m surprised that LK has not tried to bring him back to LSU. One of Tommy’s sons played football and one other played baseball at LSU so they do have ties there.
