Totally agree...love country ham and love coffee, just never quite got putting them together in a pan...and making it taste like burnt coffee.

Like many of you have said, my grandmother used to make it...my mom as well. Haven't had it in years, though. May have to give this recipe a go. Thanks for sharing VolMax.

Yep. Haven't had it in years. Old school. Like chocolate gravy.

This is something I've just been made aware of over the last 2-3 months. Never saw or heard of it before then. Now I see it everywhere.
