He's added Kentucky, Florida, and Memphis. They join UCONN, Tennessee, Louisville, West Virginia, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, and Maryland in pursuit.

Tobias Fünke is one of my all-time favorite TV characters. That would rule if this guy is a bad, folk singing holistic doctor.

Up to this point, we're in it pretty good and would probably make his top 5, perhaps even his top 3. However, some of the elite schools are starting to take notice, so that could change the equation. Hopefully, the relationship we've built with him thus far will pay dividends.

BP's style of play obviously appeals to him. You probably have just a good as chance as anyone at this point.

For those of you wondering why I've been shredding Tanning Bed for his little Maccabiah Games vanity trip, Adam Zagoria quotes Harris as saying Jim Calhoun "scored major points" with him by showing up for all of his games during the Peach Jam despite the fact Calhoun is still nursing broken ribs.

I usually don't agree w/ u a/b Pearl, but this is warranted, especially after hearing the Calhoun story. I'm a Christian, and I would never go to some "Christian Games" somewhere out of country to go coach some kids when i could be recruiting.

I'll put it this way: How do you think UK fans would react if Cal skipped the Peach Jam to go coach a tournament at the Vatican?

I have to agree with you guys that I think CBP going to Israel and doing this whole tournament is a bit of a head-scratcher to me, and I can't really say I support it, because I want to see him working on that 2010 class.

You can't really compare it to a Christian or Catholic thing though, because Judaism is a bit more than a religion. Still, it is a sort of ridiculous idea.

Nothing can really be gained from Peal's departure except pride. The fact that lil Pearl is scoring points and playing for a national team tells you all you need to know about it.

I could guarantee that the poster of this fine gem would have a defense of his beloved Cal if this ever did actually happen. Without a doubt.

I am not a Pro-Pearl Fanatic, but I do support him since he is the Tennessee Coach. I feel he has underachieved this past year. However, as a true Tennessee fan, I feel he is owed my support. The Bruce bashing has gotten pretty old on this board. The guy made a personal decision based on his Heritage and background and faith. (although, I am not entirely certain about his faith. Converted maybe??)

Can there be one freaking thread about anything basketball related without the CALophiles and Bruce-Haters and Hypocrites turning the thread into a Bash-Bruce Extravaganza? LET'S KEEP THE THREADS ON TOPIC. PLEASE.

The fact that this young player has Tennessee on his list, despite this horrendous and tragic escapade of Pearl, shows that Tennessee has a good shot. I wish the young man well in whatever his decision and hope he doesn't read these boards to see some of the lackluster fan support of the program. Here's hoping to see Harris on the back of a Tennessee Jersey!

How can you not support it? What's more important to UT basketball, Tanning Bed tooling around Israel coaching Little Stevie and Dan Grunfeld against the best Jewish players from Mexico or adding some quality players to what promises to be a woefully inadequate frontcourt in '10-'11?

Um, not going there on the religion stuff, but Christianity or Catholocism is more than a religion if you're true.
