To the Worley Worshippers

Just shut up. Worley's the least of our problems.

He is absolutely one of the problems.......The gator quarterbacks ran the read options and carried the ball many times, The quarterback run appeared to be open all day

Worley's toughness and determination is admirable, but he has made 4 key turnovers in the last 3 games and at least three of those turned wins into losses.

This! Along with the option to run the ball several times but he chose not to.

Theater tackles need to step into their rush a
Even if it means they get steamrolled. Worley has to run it several times, and I agree, step up into their pocket before it collapses on him. He is part of their problem, and can take some heat off their oline. Rusky for him to run...might be, but that is part of their game.

This is where the coaches are to blame. Worley and hurd are the best qb and rb we have but they dont fit the read option. Hurd would give us a lot better running game if we ran dive, power, and zone plays. The read option leaves one man on the line unblocked. Worley never has been a mobile qb and the coaches know that. I still like cbj but he needs to show he can adjust to personnel to compete at this level.

Still think he's a magnificent QB now?!

I'd love to say bring in Dobbs but it's just not worth burning his red shirt!

Worley is a non sec QB playing in the sec. that is really all there is to it. jones had done a great job recruiting except at QB

This is not true. If worley was playing behind a decent to good line and had the same OC for 4 years, he would be a top half of the conference QB.

A team rushes 3 most of the day and gets 7 sacks....and you want to blame the qb?......brilliant

he holds the ball too long. even tha announcers say so. sometimes the line doesn't block, but most of the time they do and there's worley still in the pocket 5 sec later still holding the ball, don't wanna run, getting sacked. worley is not very good at all. cordarelle made him in hs

so what was the excuse last year when dobbs clearly did better in the same system folks?

I think he's a decent college QB who looks a lot worse because he is consistently getting the absolute crap knocked out of him every single play. I would love for just a few of the armchair cowards that throw out criticism so freely to take just a few of the shots he takes week in and out and see if they could pull their sorry behinds off the grass to get up.

i disagree. he doesn't pick up blitz packages. he isn't accurate enough. he will have one great throw and then a horrible one. he's just not SEC material.

Clearly? I don't think that word means what you believe it does.

Worley had 10 TD with 8 ints and a 117.4 QBR. Dobbs had 2 TD with 6 ints and a QBR of 103.3. Worley's biggest win was versus a ranked South Carolina, Dobbs only win was versus UK.

To the OP you are right. There are to many Worley worshipers. I've heard NFL and Manning mentioned in the same sentences as Worley and he has done nothing. He is doing the same stuff he did with last years line. Yes our line is not good but neither is he in this system. Fire the OC:loco:. Like it or not we are still rebuilding and all of the pieces don't fit like they should. We as fans are tired of waiting. I expected 8 wins which I'm sure we won't get, I now hope for a bowl appearance.

I like Worley but no one in their right damn mind considers him a draft prospect. I said the same when people were losing their minds after the UGA game. Worley is a good SEC QB with a terrible Oline and he has some playmakers hurt. He's better than we make him out to be after a loss. Malone makes the catch he walks in for a TD, North doesn't fall down that's another TD. The guy is doing alright for the situation he has.

I'm ashamed...isn't anyone else embarrassed by the fact that our nosetackle clearly intentionally tried to cheat by interfering with the snap in the final seconds? I can only hope that for our integrity that this was not instructed by the coaches with hope they would not get caught. This is the dirtiest stunt i can ever remember a vol player pulling. Am i alone here...

Yes, utterly alone. If our DL slaps his hand 1/10th a second after the ball starts moving we have the ball back and its clean, right? So it's a timing thing and virtually impossible to get just right but certainly worth a shot. Game's on the line and the worst that can happen is offsides call when the game is otherwise over.

So..... The INT he threw in the endzone had nothing to do with the fact that a FL lineman was about to plant him in the ground like your grandmother's rosebush.

Or the fumble that led to FL's TD had nothing to do with the fact that an O lineman didn't even have the sense to yell "Watch Out" when he let the cat go by untouched.

Yup.... That's ALL on Worley......

It was 1st down, he could have threw it away since he was also outside the tackle. I think if hed done that, we would have scored on that possession.

I saw Chip Kell, coming off the field on a change of possession against Georgia, flick a quick right chop to the chin of a Bulldog player and he dropped like a rock; out cold.

You're alone there.
