Check out the 'New evidence". It's great. CNN.
That does suck if you have the kids the exact number of days and still have to pay. I have two friends that have joint custody and pay nothing....when I went through they took both incomes into consideration.... My ex was telling me how I was going to be owing her all this money and was pissed bc I was paying more before the court order....
Yes and no. If the husband is a doctor making 300k and the wife is a real estate agent making 40k then the calculation should take into account both incomes and number of days spent with each parent. Just splitting the timesharing 50/50 shouldn't absolve the father of further financial obligations.
I have custody of my daughter 28 days per month. I'm supposed to pay my ex $2.50 per month in child support. It seems stupid, but i get it.
If only you understood true equality.
In your world she would have learned that being disruptive and a detriment to others has no consequence at all. She could just continue to make a mockery of the teacher and disrupt class as long as she wanted..... Hell ..... You'd probably even give her a Tootsie Roll pop if she did a really good job...... Or maybe brought in a warm fuzzy little kitten to try and get her to stop.
Pattern of behavior. Imagine that.
Is there footage of what caused the cop to be called in the first place?
Not only that but that link has the video of the events leading up to the attack. He's there for maybe 30 seconds before wrapping his arm around her neck, pulling her out of the desk, and slamming her to the ground. It really shows just how f'n stupid the "what's he supposed to do, nothing?" argument really is.
Lesson in logic kids... The believe that doing nothing and what he did are the only options is what we call a false dichotomy. It's not only logically fallacious but also stupid as hell.
From what I understand.... They had sent in someone to talk to her already and she kept refusing and she was told they were going to get the SRO officer to have her removed if she didn't agree to come on.... I don't know what the proper action is but anytime there is resistance it will look violent like it did.
That's because it was violent genius.
I spent 6 years as an SRO. I never had to man handle any student during that time. With a little logic you can talk 99.9 percent of the kids into doing as you ask or demand. There was no reason for this guy to get into a physical confrontation with this girl who was playing lawsuit lottery. (she won)
If it was going to come to a physical arrest the deputy should have cleared the room, called in a supervisor and made sure the Principal knew there was going to be physical custody arrest and a trip to the P.D. (trespass or disorderly conduct)
I hate to say it but the officer displayed poor tactics. He was sucked in and now he is going to pay for it.
