If he's an obvious danger to be on the road. It's kinda obvious don't you think?

When I say detained, I mean perhaps a drunk tank so he can sleep it off. Perhaps he'd be charged a nominal fee for the boarding for the night.

Do you mean a cage? For a victimless crime? And extortion of his hard earned money?

We don't know that, conveniently the cops camera wasn't on for the actual shooting.

Last time i checked, flashing someone who has their high beams on, isn't a crime.

Well, I guess I'll prove you and LG right.

No charges in police shooting of Deven Guilford

(that link comes from your FTP article)

There is no video of the final moments. Frost's body camera came off during the fight and his SUV had no dash camera; Guilford's cell phone remained on the pavement, recording audio of the shots but no video of the shooting.

No conspiracy here that he "conveniently" turned off his camera. And as for the initial traffic stop:

The traffic stop was for a civil infraction for flashing his bright lights at an oncoming vehicle closer than 500 feet.

Now you'll argue that's a stupid law. And you can debate that point. I can also debate that arguing with a cop that pulls you over, having THC in your system while driving a vehicle and eventually striking said officer is equally as dumb. Lots and lots of dumb to go around here.

I guess I've worn out my welcome for the week and I'll stop actually looking into the links provided by your initial post.

Huh... I didn't mind him for the longest time but he had become pretty insufferable recently. He would present his opinion on an issue and then would berate us like we were immature idiots for not instantly accepting it as fact. He was big on avoiding difficult questions and would would disregard your entire argument because he didn't like the way you worded something.

There was a time when his contribution would've been missed but he had become pretty mean and hateful recently and, in my opinion, had absolutely wore out his welcome.

Oh gee Freak, I didn't know you were posting under another screen name. So sorry of me to wear out my welcome and you couldn't email me about it.

Some people were content to leave well enough alone and not say a word and I respect that. However, you and others couldn't keep your mouth shut and had to say something like little chatty teenage girls. You think I'm mean and hateful? Grow a pair junior; it's the internet and I'm sorry if you suffered emotional trauma over my posting and calling you stupid when you likely were being. And I'm fairly selective over those I berate and generally only when it's warranted. And most often after I've tried to be reasonable. Oh, that's an opinion as well, just like your opinion I've worn out my welcome.

So unless you are Freak, and I'm ready for a vacation for calling you out for being a snide and chatty teenage girl poster, you can take your opinion the same place you'd like me to shove mine. You don't have the right to say I've worn out my welcome and if you don't like my posts or they cause you undue stress, there's an ignore option on the left side of the screen.

Have a very nice day.

So we are to take the officers word that he was struck by the youth, so he deserved to die? Obviously.

And, since when does pot make someone violent?

Also, this point must be made. The guy was a kid, 17 years old. The cop isn't trained to handle combative subjects without killing them?
So the cop loses control of the situation (allegedly) after he'd already tased the guy.

Something is very fishy, the way the cop just slung open the door and proceeded to drag the kid out of the car is a bit excessive, considering his crime was flashing his lights.

Don't start putting words where there are none as I never said he deserved to die. And on your conspiracy, the officer did spend the night in the hospital (from the second link) so we aren't just "taking the word" of someone. You have mentioned in the past that people shouldn't get their information from a single source as that source can be significantly biased. So I quoted the source article to make sure the entire picture was captured and all the facts were known and we weren't just getting one biased side of things. I merely pointed out the facts and the errors in your original post.

And pot doesn't make one violent, but it surely does cloud judgment like any other drug such as alcohol. And is there any good reason to be arguing with a cop while on a traffic stop? Or assaulting a cop later on? I've said before and I'll say again, things like this can be avoided by both sides. However, things won't ever turn out for the best for either side when it escalates like this one did. If you feel your rights are violated, the time and a place to prove your point is not during a traffic stop. It's later on when you contact legal representation and have them go after the police. Especially if you have it recorded like this one was.

I never understood flashing someone that's bright lighting you. 2 blind drivers instead of one, great idea.

So we're back to where we started the debate a year or so ago. Comply or die.

Consent to be robbed, or if the situation escalates, you'll be kidnapped, or murdered.

There really isn't a damn thing you can do, because the cops have the perceived "legal authority" to do so.
And, if you're lucky enough to make it to court, the cop, the judge and prosecutor are all on the same team opposing you.

Let's see if I can read a cops mind before the stop of the obviously dangerous violent terrorist criminal 17 year old.

(Cop spots a guy blinking his lights at him)

Cop: You silly slave scum, don't you realize who I am!!?? Let me pull this slave over so I can administer some government. Tase him with the power of the state! Yeah! I'm a SGT. Extortionist!!

(Cop exits car)
Grumbles to himself while approaching the dangerous terrorists vehicle about slaves filming the police, and how they should be allowed to crucify people on the side of the road, if they so choose.

Cop: license and registration and proof of insurance. (Cough) slave.

This is meant to be funny. If it wasn't so true of so many cops.

CP asked me the other night about what dealings I've had with cops. Well, I had quite a few growing up, until I learned to be smarter in my perceived "illegal activity" and decided to not get caught.
I see cops all the time in the gun stores, with their crew cuts, and 511 tactical trousers, with their chest poked out in their tactical t-shirts, bragging about the arrests they've made, (mostly victimless crimes) and making fun of the people they've brutalized. Talking about what's tactical and what's not. I know those ******** well. Always griping about people on welfare, when law enforcement itself is an arm of the welfare state. Usually, I feel sick to my stomach and leave the shop.

Decided not to get caught... Because no one ever decides not to get caught doing something on the straight and narrow.

I've noticed the people *****ing about cops are typically the ones doing "illegal activity". Don't get caught up in the b.s....
